Designed for elegant celebrations, this collection brings together exceptional cuisine, warm hospitality and carefully curated inclusions to create a memorable experience for you and your guests.
Your Collection includes
Welcome refreshments, including fruit juice and infused flavoured water, will be served on arrival before your guests are invited into the reception venue to celebrate the beginning of your new journey together.
Our carefully curated wedding menu has been thoughtfully designed to create the perfect dining experience, allowing you to personalise your celebration while reflecting your own taste and style.
Menu/Meal options – You have a choice of the following:
- 1 Plated Starter
- Choice of two main course selections
- Two seasonal vegetable selections
- 2 Starches Selections
- 3 Handcrafted Desserts
- Freshly brewed Coffee & Tea
- One bottle of sparkling wine per table of up to ten guests.
- Unlimited fruit juice and infused flavoured water served throughout your celebration.
- Secure on-site parking for you and your guests.
- Professional waiters, experienced bar staff and dedicated hospitality personnel.
- Special Dietary Requirements: Vegetarian, Vegan, Halaal, Kosher, Gluten-Free and other dietary requirements can be accommodated with pleasure. Specialised requests may incur an additional charge depending on individual requirements.
Tanzanite Collection
Welcome juice and flavoured water on arrival.
Fruit juice, flavoured water, MCC and or 1 Cocktail as well as Canapés for your guest to toast your union prior to them entering the reception venue
Menu/Meal options – You have a choice of the following:
- 1 Trio Starters
- 1 Salad & Bread Rolls
- 3 Mains Selections
- 3 Vegetables Selections
- 2 Starch Selections
- 4 Desserts Selections
- Freshly Brewed Coffee and Tea
- Vegetarian and special dietary requirements can be catered for but may carry a surcharge depending on the needs of your guests.
- Silver champagne holders for every table.
- Bottomless Jug of Fruit Juice and flavoured water per table.
- One Bottle of Sparkling Wine per table of 10 guests (Method Cap Classique).
- One Bottle of house red- and house white wine per table of 10 guests.
- We will provide you with a Bridal/Honeymoon Suite on the day of your wedding for your exclusive use as you as you prepare to meet your partner and walk down the aisle. This will include an English breakfast the following morning.
- We will provide you with a groom suite for the day of your wedding for your exclusive use.
- Free and secure parking with ample space.
- Kiddies are welcome to share in your Special Day; discounted rates apply.
- Professional Bar- & Waiter Staff to ensure that the requirements you have set for us are fulfilled.
Diamond Collection:
Welcome juice and flavoured water on arrival,
Fruit juice, MCC and 1 Cocktail per guest, as well as Canapés for your guest to toast your union prior to them entering the reception venue.
Bridal party snacks for up to 8 people in the bridal and groom Suite during preparation
Menu/Meal options – You have a choice of the following:
- Trio Starters
- 1 Salad & Bread Rolls
- 3 Mains
- 4 Vegetables
- 3 Starches
- 6 Desserts
- Coffee and Tea
- Vegetarian and special dietary requirements can be catered for but may carry a surcharge depending on the needs of your guests.
- Glass base plates and Silver champagne holders for every table.
- Bottomless Jug of Fruit Juice and flavored water per table.
- One Sparkling wine per table of 10 guests (Methode Cap Classique).
- One bottle of house red- and house white wine per table of 10 guests.
- We will provide you with a Bridal/Honeymoon Suite on the day of your wedding for your exclusive use as you as you prepare to meet your partner and walk down the aisle. This will include an English buffet breakfast the following morning.
- We will provide you with a groom suite for the day of your wedding for your exclusive use.
- In addition Memoire will provide two Garden Suites for Family or Out-of-Town Guest.
