Memoire’s setting is perfect for all your conference needs in a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Our conference centre can accommodate up to 120 delegates. We also have a board room for a more intimate conference. Besides the venue of your choice we also boast a spectacular garden setting for breakaway sessions, a beautiful main hall should you wish to end your conference with a dinner or banquet as well as a Boma area for after conference get-togethers. The venue has easy access to the N14 highway and is a mere 18km from Lanseria international airport which makes it easily accessible from both Johannesburg and Pretoria.

Our Conference centre is equipped with beautiful wooden tables and upholstered wooden chairs. A Proxima is available for your use. An R500.00 setup charge on the first day of your conference will be levied for standard equipment per conference room which includes 1 flipchart, a whiteboard, a screen and extension cord per function venue.

Additional equipment, breakaways and banquets is available and will be charged accordingly. All additional equipment should be arranged 90 Days prior to the event.
